Saray is a luxury residential concept for West Vancouver designed to communicate calm prestige and cultural depth through a refined brochure and identity system. The challenge was to present high-end living without relying on generic real estate imagery while maintaining a modern and memorable aesthetic.The visual direction combines contemporary minimal structure with subtle Persian-inspired details, using clean grids, generous white space, and elegant typography. A blue and ivory palette creates a serene, timeless mood, while refined floral motifs add a sense of heritage and craftsmanship.
